Гидравлический бак – является местом для хранения рабочей жидкости. Дополнительные функции бака:
- охлаждение рабочей жидкости за счет рассеивания тепла стенками;
- удаление из жидкости пузырей и загрязнений путем отстаивания.
Объем бака
Важная особенность гидравлического бака при конструировании маслостанции – он должен вмещать всю рабочую жидкость, находящуюся в гидроприводе, сохраняя необходимый уровень жидкости при питании насосов. Минимальный объем бака должен быть больше чем трехкратная минута подачи насоса.
Конструктивные особенности бака
Бака на маслостанцию свариваются из стальных листов и обычно имеют форму параллелепипеда. Сварные швы бака должны быть герметичны и не допускать протекания рабочей жидкости или попадания пыли из помещения в емкость.
На рисунке ниже показаны основные элементы бака:
- Опоры;
- Сварной корпус;
- Перегородка;
- Сливная пробка;
- Заливная горловина;
- Указатель уровня;
- Технологический люк.
Материалы для изготовления бака
Основным материалом для изготовления гидравлических баков является сталь, она выдерживает высокие температуры рабочей жидкости и нейтральна к компонентам гидравлических масел.
Для удавления элементов коррозии стальные баки подвергают пескоструйной обработке.
